Peter Araali Nsubuga is a Ugandan road safety and transport training professional, entrepreneur, and the Chief Executive Officer of PAN Automobile Solutions Ltd.
He founded the company with a vision of providing professional driver training and skills development opportunities across all vehicle categories, including cars, motorcycles, buses, trucks, off-road vehicles, and earth-moving equipment.
Through PAN Automobile Solutions Ltd, Peter has championed high-quality driver education, road safety awareness, and machine operation training aimed at equipping young people with practical, marketable skills.
His work focuses on empowering youth to secure sustainable employment, generate income, and improve the well-being of their families and communities.
Peter is the elected and serving Secretary General of Motoris Professional Driver Training Association Uganda Limited, a position that reflects the confidence and trust placed in his leadership by fellow professionals in the driver training industry.
In this role, he contributes to advancing professional standards, promoting road safety, and strengthening collaboration among driver training institutions across Uganda, East Africa and to the outside world using his International Training of Trainers Accreditation.
With his extensive experience in driver training, traffic regulations, and road safety education, Peter is committed to promoting responsible road use, reducing road crashes and accidents, and raising professional standards within the transport and automotive sectors.
His leadership continues to contribute to workforce development, youth empowerment, and safer transportation systems in Uganda and beyond.
